Having recently thinking about|I have recently been thinking about} selling my house and as with all things like this have been trying to work out what the best path to make the house look good before we either sell our house or stay in it for a while longer. I started by looking at various rooms in the house and considering what I might do to better them and remove any issues I might have had about them.

Central to my house is the kitchen so I began by looking at the kitchen layout, we have a fitted kitchen which works quite well with a useful work space (fortunately I spoke to a local kitchen company about kitchen planning before purchasing). The floor had problems with only lino layed which had got a bit ripped up as I had moved washing machines and fridges about in it. I sought out some tiling advice from a local company to get the floor tiles that would work in with the kitchen units without making the room appear to dark (just some of the small things you have to think about when you want to sell your house, first impressions are everything within the short time somebody has to look at you house).

wanted to ensure the bathroom looked good|The next room I wanted to ensure was up to scratch was the bathroom}, my bathroom layout was a little cramped due to some fitted cupboards which when removed gave me a lot more space (which if you are going on initial view could help sell my house). Once again I went down to the area tiler for some good tiling advice and went for larger light tiles which seemed to open the space in the bathroom, just one of the many things to be considering when purchasing bathroom tiles.

The other rooms I painted with a neutral light colour which seemed to draw the rooms out and provided the whole house with a fresh look|gave the whole house a new look}. I then took out as much clutter as I could and stored everything that wasn’t necessary away in the garage. The final thing, a house that I wanted to stay in, but after just one or two viewings brought to me from an online property site I have got some good interest, so fingers crossed ill be able to sell my house soon.
